PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING

• Just add items to your cart, checkout, and you're good to go! No last minute, unexpected shipping costs added (taxes extra).

PACKAGING:

• For Paper Art Print up to A4 size (8.3 x 11.7 inch) are shipped flat (up to 100 posters per package).

• For Paper Art Prints larger than A4 size are shipped in triangular tubes (up to 5 posters per tube).

• Framed Paper Art Prints in Premium Wood Frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

• Canvas prints are packaged in boxes with strong edges for protection and may include bubble or craft paper wrapping for additional protection

• Calendars or other smaller items may be delivered in flat rigid envelope mailers

• Tote bags or other fabric items are shipped in a recycled and recyclable plastic or kraft paper bag (material may vary) without tissue paper to minimize waste.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your print to be produced before shipping. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after production. Most items will arrive within 3 to 10 business days after order has been confirmed, but may vary by item, print partner, and shipping partner.

• Shipping Partners: Shipping fulfillers will depend on what item you order and may vary.

• International Orders: We ship to nearly every country. Shipping times vary by destination. Additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply.

• Tracking: As soon as shipping tracking information is available, we will update you. Please be aware that we are a small team, and while we will provide you with tracking information as soon as we are able, there may sometimes be a delay of 1-2 days after your item ships.

QUALITY COMMITMENT & DAMAGED GOODS

We uphold a strong quality commitment. We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Laurie Gaal Fine Art Creations. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product(s), or your items are lost in transit, please get in touch with us at laurie.gaal.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you with our print partner. 

• NOTE: To be eligible for a replacement, you must describe the problem, how the order was packaged, and provide clear pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and any inserts) within 48 hours of receipt of item.

GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

To reduce chances of issues, we recommend that you:

• Measure your space and double check sizes of your print

  • Reminder: don't order items based on mock up graphics alone as they are for demonstrative purposes only and sizing may differ from actual measurements

• Review and confirm any customizations or product details to ensure you are clear on the product you are receiving, and that it meets your needs before placing your order

  • Double check if you're ordering a paper prints or canvas prints

  • Read product descriptions before ordering

  • Read any notes on print finishes, including but not limited to white borders for prints, paper types, canvas print edges, etc.

  • Be aware of slight differences in colours of final printed products on paper from how they may appear on your digital screen displays, as outlined in section 5 of our Terms of Service page.
