As I create each art piece, I feel great pride and appreciation in knowing that some day my art may make it into the home or space of an amazing human who felt some type of connection with my vision or perspective. SHIPPING POLICY - PRINTS
PRINT ON DEMAND
Laurie Gaal Fine Art Creations uses 3rd party fulfillers to provide "Print on Demand" services. Print on demand ("POD") services allow you to buy an item and get it directly shipped to your address of choice on demand without creating wasteful inventory and allows us to fulfill orders without minimums or delay. Thank you for supporting sustainable print practices. For most print items, printing is fulfilled via a third party POD.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Every print is made to order and ships worldwide.

Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your print to be produced before shipping.

Shipping Partners: Shipping fulfillers will depend on what item you order and may vary. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after production.

International Orders: We ship to nearly every country. Shipping times vary by destination. Additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply.

Tracking: As soon as shipping tracking information is available, we will update you. Please be aware that we are a small team, and while we will provide you with tracking information as soon as we are able, there may sometimes be a delay of 1-2 days after your item ships.

SHIPPING TIMELINES
We work with specialized local printers in the country of order, meaning your art will be produced by local printers, depending on your market. As such, please be aware that print times may vary, but for most cases, please allow 2-3 business days for handling.
​
Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but dependent on your location and available local print fulfiller partners as part of this POD model, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier and we appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING COSTS
As our POD partner has a clear shipping rate for each product, shipping has already been factored into the pricing of your item to keep pricing consistent and fair, regardless of what or how much you order. All pricing for prints already takes into consideration shipping costs. For orders within Canada, you will be required to pay any taxes at checkout.
​
Due to the localized printing, rest assured that the most economical method of shipping will be utilized, however, I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR ARRIVED DAMAGED

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via laurie.gaal.art@gmail.com within 48 hours after the expected delivery time for support.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at laurie.gaal.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt for support.

NOTE: To be eligible for a replacement, you must describe the problem, how the order was packaged, and provide clear pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and any inserts) within 48 hours of receipt of item.

RETURN POLICY & QUALITY COMMITMENT - PRINTS
RETURNS AND EXCHANGED
As each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please make sure to measure your space/double check sizes, any customizations, read product descriptions, including any guidance on print finishes (e.g.: including but not limited to white borders for prints, paper types, canvas print edges, etc.), and ensure you are clear on the product you are receiving before placing your order.

DAMAGES & QUALITY COMMITMENT
While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we do uphold a strong quality commitment. We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Laurie Gaal Fine Art Creations.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right our print partner.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please get in touch with us at laurie.gaal.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s)

After review by our print partner, if they validate your claim they will send you a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

WHAT IS IN SCOPE OF THE "DAMAGES & QUALITY COMMITMENT"?
This quality commitment applies to:
(a) defective due to damages to the delivered product,
(b) errors in the number or quality of the delivered item,
(c) incorrect items delivered despite accurate listing at time of purchase, or
(d) a lack of quality in the delivered items,
(e) items confirmed to be lost in transit through no fault of the purchaser
(f) items returned to sender within no later than 5 up to 28 days after failure to deliver with effort by the purchaser to receive the item
WHAT IS OUT OF SCOPE OF THE "DAMAGES & QUALITY COMMITMENT"?
As outlined in our terms of use
This quality commitment does not apply to:
(a) items the purchaser decided they do not want for any reason excluding quality
(b) items with errors due to the purchaser not reviewing product descriptions (ex: matte paper vs. glossy paper finishes and how ink may show up based on paper types)
(c) failure to receive order due to incorrect mailing instructions
(d) items with slight variation in colour caused by the standard digital screen RGB to printing CMYK colour profiles differences (vs. printer error), as outlined in section 5 of our Terms of Use.
(f) items returned to sender within no later than 5 up to 28 days after failure to deliver with no effort by the purchaser to receive the item or caused by their error (e.g.: incorrect address at time of purchase without notification to Laurie Gaal Fine Art Creations to attempt to fix before item shipped, item rejected by purchaser at time of delivery, or items failed to be collected from an appropriate pickup location like a post office within a reasonable amount of time)
(g) items damaged due to purchaser error, such as leaving item outside on doorstep in inclement weather to be destroyed, damage to product from incorrect handling (e.g.: tears in fine art prints during framing or hanging process, damage after initial acceptance of product).
